So I thought I'd record my weight today as it marks a rather big change to the way I'll be eating...

I'm going vegetarian! :)

It's something I've wanted to do for a while now and have finally decided to make the change.

Anyway, on another note, I've dropped 1KG since my weigh in last Sunday and am really really pleased to see that.

I hope everyone is looking forward to a sunny (hopefully) spring weekend!
199.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice loss and well done on the whole lifestyle change to going vegetarian. There's some really good websites with vegetarian & vegan recipes to give you inspiration if you're not sure what to cook. Have a great weekend

I find the BBC food site quite good and usually well tested. Also theveggieindian.com has some good ideas. allrecipes.co.uk can be OK. To be fair, I just google things like "vegetarian recipes with almonds and dates" and mooch around the results until I find what I fancy cooking. I love vegetarian and vegan food but my other half doesn't consider it a meal unless there's a chunk of meat with it so I don't cook it as often as I'd like.
