I'm glad I lost some weight. I wish that I might lose more weight.
111.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1584 kcal Fat: 55.61g | Prot: 54.16g | Carb: 223.77g.   Breakfast: Matt's Cookies Fig Bars, Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: StarKist Foods Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Can), Split Pea Soup, Hashed Brown Potatoes. Dinner: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Denny's Galactic Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Snacks/Other: Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, Bananas, Coffee with Sugar, David Seeds Roasted and Salted Sunflower Seeds, Coffee with Sugar. more...
