Went to a function an had Roasted Basil Crusted Chicken (4oz), Penne Pasta w/shrimp & Scallops (2 servings) for lunch. For dinner I ate Beef Burgeoning (4oz.), Wild Rice (1 serving), Slice of Cheesecake.
198.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2381 kcal Fat: 107.25g | Prot: 119.07g | Carb: 266.82g.   Breakfast: Organic Plain Soymilk, fiber one cereal. Lunch: Penne Pasta with Creamy Vodka Marinara Sauce. Dinner: wild rice, Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: California Almonds (Unsalted), splenda, Builder's Bar - Chocolate, Walnut Halves and Pieces, tea. more...
