I am almost done with my detox and I can tell a huge difference other than the 5 lbs. loss. I feel better. I'm sleeping better. I am certainly eating better. Cutting out processed foods has made me really look at what I was eating. I will not completely eliminate processed food but they will not be the staple of my diet anymore.
