I haven't been on in a while. It was hard and frustrating when I came back from vaction and trying to get into the grove of things. I began my diet and writing all the foods I eat last week. Then I started a light work out routine last week also. I mean VERY light. This week I got a work out buddy here in town and have been going to the gym with her. We plan on going twice a week, so I made a promise to myself. I would work out five days a week so the other three I am taking use of my apartment's work out room. I can't believe I was paying for it and never using it. I can't wait for summer. I made my frist real goal to drop 10LBS by Valentines day. Then me and a couple of friends decieded last week we are going to Mississippi next week for a few days to go gamble and have some fun. I decieded to make a mini goal for myself and lose 5LBS by then. I have only one more pound to go with my mini goal! YAY!
199.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job. Setting small achievable goals is the way to go and having a work out buddy really helps. Have fun on your trip to Mississippi.
