I've been in between a starvation diet and the slow carb. I followed it pretty well over the last week. Had a cheat day on saturday.
I've been pounding about 3 blender bottles of amino energy per day. Thats been helping a lot with carb cravings.
Yesterday I was about 70%. I had a roll at dinner, a piece of chocolate, and a few handfuls of chips. Not ideal but majority of calories came from meat and vegetables. So I still consider it a win.
