Holding steady at 115 lbs as i experiment with reintroducing more carbs into my diet. Going to start working out 3 days a week, and running 3 days a week andtone myself up..
115.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
