Although it looks like a slight gain, this is me holding steady. Exercising at least 4 time/week and tracking food (even if I go over slightly). I started this regime when the scale hit just over 185, so I am okay with being down to around 178 after working hard for a month.....my stomach doesn't hang over my pants like it used to....I know that I am getting fit, even if the scale isn't showing it.
177.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I get the same thing with the scale! Although it says I haven't lost any weight I know I have burned fat and gained muscle, because my clothes don't lie!
