Got a new, "better" scale in today. Should give me better, more accurate measures of my weight. Sorry to say it appears to be weighing me a bit heavier than my previous scale. That along with getting off diet for the last two days, has my weight up again. I started this at a weight of 365 pounds...
I am staying in Ketosis and I have lost weight...so I will carry on.
I need more and better forms of exercise and have to cut protein and extra calories.
347.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 97.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Cut protein? What are your macros now brother? Don't fret over the scale too much. Im guessing you have a BMI/BF calculating scale now?

550 lb. limit scale now. My old one died. I did not get the BMI model...too much to worry with. I am trying to keep it simple. I am measuring Acetone(Ketones) in my breath with a Ketonix meter. I have been staying in ketosis, but barley. I need to increase my good fat intake and cut carbs and reduce protein to push my ketones higher. More exercise is going to really help move the scale and will help drop my blood sugar below 100 consistently. My Blood Glucose has been running between 80 and 135. I would like to see it around 65 consistently. Trying to drop down to 250 on weight.
