I gained like 10 pounds. My motivation has been awful. But for this past week..I started at 192 and now im at 187. I lost 5 pounds in a week. My goal is to lose 15 more before my husband comes back.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
