Did not diet on Saturday as I went to a
Birthday party for Lucy and Terry Mosley
I did not drink alcohol, only water, but the
food was not for a diet. Tomorrow until
May 8th, I'm going to my parents house
Hope all is well dieting there
160.0 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
