Despite slipping back into some bad food habits, I've managed to knock 1KG off over the week, I guess miracles do happen!
Going to try and be a little better this week. :)

@Phooka That's very kind of you to do so! No plans of giving up as of yet, though it's a shame to see the scales be back on 90KG and not under it. I've been so busy this past week doing overtime I hadn't been able to go to gym; on top of that when my body got a second to rest, all it wanted to do was gorge itself on bad foods. How I managed to lose weight is beyond me, perhaps it's time for new scales? :')
Regardless, we're hoping for a better week this week and hopefully we'll see another loss!
