Oh Shucks, up a bit. I hate that, but not to worry. My computer has been in repair, so now I am back and can log everything I put in my mouth. After this many years, I know my weight bounces around like a ball. Back to the drawing board........
230.6 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
