Fast starts today. fell off wagon the last couple of weeks. got sick and didn't swim for 2 wks. swam 60 yesterday. will do 3 days swim and 2-3 elyptical.

ran out of xxx needs to stay that way. Saw a hulu movie/doc sunday nt called 'old, fat, and nearly dead. 42 yr old aussy juice fasted 60 days and the challenge he gave a 429# truck driver. very encouraging.
If an d when this neck surgery happens, it would be a perfect time to do this. lhm (lord have mercy)
