Strange thing about this, is that I am down in the mornings, but yesterday my official WW weigh in, I was actually up almost 1/2 lb.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.9 lb a week

Depending on just when your official weigh-in is, your weight can be affected by what you've had to eat or drink, when you last went to the bathroom, and don't forget what you are wearing. That's why "the experts" recommend you weight when you first get up in the AM, naked and after you go to the bathroom, before you have anything to eat or drink. I can easily "gain" 3-4 lbs. during the day -- that's why, when I go to the doctor, I plan my dress to be as lightweight as possible, especially in the winter, when clothing is heavier. Keep track of your weight at home in the mornings and the overall results will be there, regardless of what your official results are. Keep up the good work!!

you are always lighter in the mornings. Weighing the same time everyday will help get some consistency.

I know that, and I always weigh in the morning first thing. My official weigh-in is at noon on Wednesdays, but that too is consistent and usually am about 5lbs heavier that is mainly from the clothes :). However that being said usually when I am down in weight in the morning weigh-in it shows a corresponding drop at the official one. Not 100% of course, that would make it too predictable :)
