I have gained and lost the same three pounds over the past month! It's time to lose it and not find it again! I have 11 pounds to go before the new year and the new me! I can do it!!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1670 kcal Fat: 74.11g | Prot: 136.29g | Carb: 118.20g.   Breakfast: Bacon (Cured, Baked, Cooked), Scrambled Egg. Lunch: Big Chef Salad. Dinner: shrimp, Penne Rigate Pasta, cajun seasoning, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lawry's seasoning salt, boneless skinless chicken breast, sun dried tomato alfredo sauce. Snacks/Other: Town House Original Light Buttery Crackers, Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks, Mountain Dew (20 oz). more...
