Holy cow!! down 1.8lbs in 4 days. I guess drinking that water is really helping. :-) Once i hit 199 i think I am going to dance all day long. I havent been this weight in 6 years!!!
200.6 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay! Good for you! I've found getting all your water in makes a tremendous difference.

You are doing GREAT!! Keep it up! I have been considering not weighing myself every day cause the little ups and downs are driving me nuts but, if I was seeing results like yours I would be hopping on the scale every couple of hours to see the positive results. Exciting!

Thank you both!! I didnt think i lost that much in 4 days! I will also weigh myself on Friday my NORMAL weigh in day.
