Somehow after two vacation weekends (San Francisco and Lubbock for an alumni weekend), back to back, I've STILL lost weight! Even when eating out, I'm not over-doing it, or ordering terrible things for myself. I only once went a little wild, but it was at Dairy Queen. I might not have DQ for years, so I let myself order what I wanted, and only eat 2/3 of it. Less than 5 pounds to go before Thanksgiving and I'll hit my next mini-goal!
