Klo dlihat dari kalender diet nai.. menunya kurang sehat.. mungkin itu yg memperlambat.. klo boleh tau tingginya brp? klo bb sdh ideal memang agak lambat

Target nai 40kg apa ga kurus banget... dulu berat max sy 74kg trus turun 67kg (1, 5bulan) trus berhenti sesaat krn menurut sy sdh ideal tp body fat sy tinggi.. dan sy lanjutkan dan body fat sy turun.. skrng sy mau naikkan massa otot.. itu yg agak sulit.. saat naik body fat juga bisa ikut naik juga
