Hi all, thank you for doing this. I did the bike @ 180 calories for 35 minutes and yoga x for 1 1/2 hrs for about 250. So I feel pretty good. My eating however wasn't so great, but tomorrow I promise to eat better and keep on exercising. Keep up the great work to you all.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
