Very upsetting I only lost .6 of a pound
This week. I did absolutely no cheating
On the diet. I was very strict to have this
Happen. Hopefully next week, will be an
Awesome week. OR...
162.0 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
