Sooo the wedding is next week and while my daughter and I were not on top of things physically as much as we should have been, we both still continue to shed inches here and there. I have to say though she was ready many days to work out but my sucky schedule killed that!.. Also we both have done very well staying away from the things we both gave up for 3 weeks. In the midst of the challenge we set for one another my friends at work decided to do the paleo (caveman) diet for a month in hopes of starting to transition into better eating habits. I've protested kicking and screaming the whole way but they "bullied" me into doing it. Its been a week and while I've been successful I want some rice. A bagel with butter and cream cheese. Some daggone homemade macaroni and cheese that I am awesome at making! Lord have mercy!! I know that whole saying that "we are supposed to eat to live and not live to eat" but the fat girl that lives within me keeps asking "so what's wrong with that"? LOL.
234.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
