Main meal yesterday was while watching football game. Other than that, I snacked a little. Glad I lost the pound I gained from Friday.
In calculating my deadline of one year tracking my daily weight, I realize that I only need to lose 2.15 lbs per week to get there. That seems like a much easier number to grapple with than the 27.4 lbs I want to lose by Feb 10.
I feel much, much better now.
