My husband and I are changing our entire lifestyle when it comes to food. It's not a diet we are switching to clean eating. Cutting out all processed crap and getting back to the basics. I hope by making these changes within ourselves our children can soon follow. They are all three special needs so food is a very hard thing to overcome for them.
