Got dizzy & nauseous & passed out in the shower at the gym yesterday. Went to the emergency room. Blood work, ekg & vitals were all normal. Dr said it was a perfect storm of working out hard on an empty stomach, soaking in the hot tub, then taking a cold shower that caused me to pass out.
116.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
