Welcome to the weekend all FatSecret community! I am very happy my knee is doing so well, but not happy about a sudden relapse of weight heading to a number of days off with my wife. Grazing on all the cow food I have around here needs to stop. Tree Trimmers last day today, and off to Honda Dealer for maintenance check on our cars, which includes Mimi's Restaurant.
