After 19 days on the HCG diet, down 12.3 pounds, 4 inches off my stomach. Now we'll see if it stays off as I transition back to a more normal routine.

201.1 lb Lost so far: 18.9 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
