Down 3 pounds after day 1. 30 min cardio in the morning. Starting 30 minutes of weights 4 days a week. modified 4x8 programme for fat loss.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2018 kcal Fat: 127.50g | Prot: 117.85g | Carb: 110.48g.   Breakfast: Danone Oikos Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Water, Egg, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Cheddar Cheese, Omega Nutrition Coconut Oil. Lunch: Thousand Island Salad Dressing, Chicken Meat and Skin (Roasting), Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Potato, Kirkland Signature Fish Oil, Cabbage, Chicken Leg (Skin Eaten), Kraft Coleslaw Dressing. Snacks/Other: Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter, President's Choice Pure Raspberry Jam, Deli World Light Rye Bread. more...
