Finally broke my 242. I was getting frustrated. Hubby doesn't exercise but loses weight. I exercise and stay the same... Started yesterday, to add 8 g of safflower oil to my meals. Apparently that stuff is supposed to help with weight loss. Never heard that before but I'll try anything.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
