Week 3 of SUCCESS! Eating right, exercising lots and the weight is going down. The exercise has helped me sleep better and my neck and back pain are now gone. No need for pain meds, chiro, or anything else. Just good old fashioned exercise.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
