I have 13 pounds to go before I reach my end of the year goal! I know I can do it, I just have to focus and be mindful! I will work hard every day to get 30 minutes of exercise in the next 2 months. I will incorporate pilates, walking, and weight training and see what type of results I can get. I WILL NOT FAIL!
