seems to be maintaining well. which is good. will try for the last 20lbs next month is my thinking. make sure my body is ready again to loose. since maintaining the low blood sugar symptoms have disappeared. so hopefully it was just my body needing to readjust after a whole year of weight loss and after a steady maintenance I can finish my last 20lbs.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
