Today I am starting a fast for my relationship with God. I should lose weight with this fast, as I am going to be stepping up my exercise along with it. My fast will be keeping me around 500 calories per day until a particular thing happens. If you read this, please pray that my goals are achieved fairly quickly, so that I don't become malnutritioned.
