Whew! Even after the 2-lb. gain over the holidays and a failure to resume cautious eating habits, I've still managed to lose a little weight, thanks to activity - pure and simple. There is no substitute for working up a good sweat at least five days a week!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
