Well, I'm back.

Took a bit of a break while school's out. Started working out again this morning, same circuit, and it kicked my rear. That'll show me to take a few weeks off.

Stocked back up on my "healthy" foods, and back on track with the diet change.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
