To many treats this week, but a loss after it all is a reassuring sight that I haven't gone off the rails!
197.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A loss is a loss and if you look at milestones you'll see you've dropped below 90kg so well done with that 👍
