And stall....
I guess I shouldn't be surprised; I am four weeks deep into this. I read something on here yesterday about my fat cells filling with water to compensate for their smaller size. Makes me giggle how fat cells compensate for being smaller.
Spring snow storm is raging away outside, but I don't think it will be like the blizzard 3 weeks ago. The temps are higher, we still have power, and the laundry is half way done. I am actually considering taking food out of the freezer to cook for dinner. Of course, it is Colorado and I need to prepare for the worst (while planning for the best).
I have a massage set up for tomorrow - finally taking care of myself. I am looking forward to it.
And here. I need to get some things packed and moving into moving boxes. About time. And I will stay focused on eating responsibly. Staying busy will help. Accomplishing things will give me that feeling I crave when I typically stress eat. Onward and downward!
