I thought there was something wrong with my eyes, and they weren't focused correctly but the scale this am said I was at 172! I couldn't believe I was heading towards the 160's! I haven't been writing down my food but have been trying to stick to the diet. It's Passover next weekend so I hope that I can keep on track

I am going to the doctor for the first time in many years for a full check up and hope my labs aren't terrible after eating so much bacon and fat in the last year and half. My doctor was thrilled with the weigh loss so that was nice to hear.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
