Held steady this week. I have not been limiting my calories, just exploring with these food choices. Of course, if I want to lose more weight, I am going to have to diminish my caloric intake. Feeling pretty good, though. Not terribly different with cheese, chocolate and bread, but happy to be leaving them out this month!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
