I feel like I have to start from square one. I am rethinking what I truly want as my goal in this whole process. My Weight Management session last night helped me realize that I have to be the one who needs to support me. So I am planning what I eat in advance and using this as a guide without putting extra pressure on myself. At my age, it is not only weight loss but my health in general that will benefit. So on ward I shall go.
