I did it! I am on the cusp of being in the 160's! This weekend I was in San Francisco visiting my sister with my Mom and Granny. Every chance I had I looked to be active, and was able to ride a road bike, walk up hills, 'do' the stairs, etc. I lost weight! What a great city to lose weight in, too. So many things to do and see, you won't even realize you're working out!

I was hoping to reach 165 by the time my alumni weekend came up, but I'm not sure I'll be able to lose 5lbs in 4 days. So, I'll push that goal back to Thanksgiving, which is 16 days away. Let's see how close I can get!

170.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
