Today is day one of my 21 day weight loss challenge. So far it has been difficult not snacking when I would like to, however I know I can do this and get through the "craving" of chewing.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
