Weekend of partying for a family birthday, good food and beer/wine didn't fit with the diet but I do need to live a little too! Making up for it in the gym and with the dog this week.
210.5 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
