Bad day yesterday...but back on track today. When I have a bad day, I hate how my fingers feel like sausages. It's annoying. I knew yesterday was going to be off, which is why I joined yesterday...to motivate getting right back on! Moving forward, it is reasonable to have a "cheat" here and there, but yesterday I admittedly went overboard. I didn't even weigh myself because I didn't want to get too discouraged. I have a goal by Tuesday, and to meet it I'm going to have to kick Sunday and Monday into HIGH-GEAR! I'm starting the C25K tomorrow. Today I'm focusing on finding a good arm/abs alternating workout to pair with my cardio.
