First week being a bit healthier and wow! What a result! :D
198.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Once a week, I feel you see more progress on a weekly basis and it's more rewarding. :)

Good Start!It feels good to see such a result, doesn't it? Don't be disheartened if it isn't as good this coming week though, it often fluctuates and if you're exercising more you'll be building up muscle again which is more dense than fatty tissue. Have a great week

Thank you both of you :) @phooka: Great point, I had not considered muscle weight at all. Fortunately I am taking pictures of myself as well every Sunday so I'll be able to see the difference there if my scales don't tell the whole story. I hope you have a fun week as well!
