Trying to get back on it. Being reasonable, not going to make my goal this year. Resetting to by my birthday.

I've been "running" without paying attention to my food-related compliance, and it occurred to me that running will be easier when weight goes away. So that's a goal.

Here we go again.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
