I have been stuck at weigh for all time. I have cheated some on days but I thought I won't have to continue on the Adkins induction forever. It seems I should be able to lose weight AND eat more then 20 carbs a day.

I want to lose another 30 pounds but this doesn't seem to be working anymore

175.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
