urrgghhhh I'm getting sick of eggs but......on the bright side the diet is working so yaayy
159.0 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.9 lb a week

I change it up. I have an egg salad as my mid morning and mid afternoon snacks. I sometimes exchange my morning whey with my oats, with egg whites and make pancakes, or I make a protein cake.
