Psyched! This has been a relatively easy week back. I attribute it to stocking my fridge well. I ate very little sugar (but some), plenty of fruits. Protein and veggies saved the day. I only had one day of cravings- yesterday- sugary, salty, crunchy something, but I prevailed! This way of eating is not drastically different from my usual diet. But, cutting out dairy and bread is big, and feels okay so far! Excited to see where this journey takes me...
144.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
