Managed to get a workout in yesterday! Yay! Hopefully I can get another one in today. My goal is 20 minutes. I know that's not much, but sometimes, that's all I can get. *fingers crossed*
130.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   losing 17.5 lb a week
